Our commitment is 45 days from design sign-off to handover for a standard home, and the date is written into your contract. Larger scopes, such as a villa or a home with civil work, are given their own date in the same contract: our recent 3 BHKs took 40–62 days and a villa 55. If we miss the agreed date, we pay you ₹500 for every day until we hand over.
Which brands do you use, and what is the warranty?
Hettich, Häfele and Blum hardware; Century Ply and Greenply boards; Royale Touche, Merino, Pebble and Designer Laminates surfaces, chosen from 1,000+ material selections at our studio. Each is named on its line in your quotation. The warranty runs up to 10 years: 5 years as standard on woodwork, extendable to 10, and the written warranty sheet is handed to you before you sign.
Do you do rental-ready interiors for investment flats near Electronic City or Narayana Health City?
Yes. We fit out flats for rental with durable, easy-to-clean materials: kitchen, wardrobes, lights and curtain rods. Every item is quoted line by line before you pay and the handover date is written into your contract, so your flat starts earning sooner.
