Our story

Why we started
Huma Interiors.

Designing your home should feel exciting, not stressful. Yet most people who start on their interiors end up dealing with hidden costs, moving delivery dates, and quality that doesn't match what was quoted.

We started Huma Interiors in 2022 to change that, one home at a time.

We believe great interiors aren't only about how a room looks in photos. They're about how it feels to live in: how mornings flow through the kitchen, how evenings settle into the living room, how storage quietly holds everything you own. That belief shapes every design decision we make.

Because we own our factory in Chandapura, every kitchen, wardrobe and TV unit that reaches your home is built by our own team, never sent out to a vendor. That gives us control over materials, finish and the delivery date, and it keeps a vendor's margin out of your quotation. It is the foundation of everything else we promise.

All of them in writing.

These aren't marketing lines. Each one is written into your contract before we begin.

3D

Your home in 3D before you pay.

The measurement and a 3D of your kitchen and one room are free, worth ₹5,000. You approve the design before any payment is due.

5%

The last 5% stays with you.

You release it after you have moved in and every line of your snag list is closed.

45

Days, written into the contract.

45 days from design sign-off to handover is our commitment for a standard home. A larger scope, such as a villa, gets its own date in the same contract.

Back to you for every late day.

If we miss the agreed date, we pay you ₹500 for every day until we hand over.

Years of warranty cover.

Up to 10 years: 5 on woodwork as standard, extendable to 10, handed to you in writing before you sign.
