Huma Interiors has its design studio and factory in Chandapura, on Upkar Spring Fields Main Road near Neralur Gate. From there we work across Electronic City, Bommasandra, Attibele, Anekal, Jigani, Sarjapur Road and Hosur. You can visit the studio Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM by appointment.
Do you charge for the first site visit?
No. The site measurement and a 3D design of your kitchen and one room are free, a service worth ₹5,000. You pay nothing until you have approved the 3D design.
How far from the factory do you take projects?
We serve south and east Bengaluru and Hosur: Chandapura, Electronic City, Bommasandra, Attibele, Anekal, Jigani, Begur, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, Koramangala and Whitefield. If your home is elsewhere in Bengaluru, call us and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve it well.
How long does a home interior take once the design is approved?
Our delivery commitment is 45 days from design sign-off, and it is written into the contract. If we run past the agreed handover date, ₹500 comes back to you for every day of delay.
Can I see the factory before I decide?
Yes, and we encourage it. The factory is at the same address as the studio in Chandapura. You can see boards being cut and edge-banded, check the plywood and hardware we quote, and look at finished units before they leave for a site.
What warranty do I get?
Woodwork carries a 5-year warranty as standard, extendable to 10 years. The terms are written into your agreement.
