Most interior firms go quiet until you've paid. You deserve to know what to expect at each step. Here is ours.

  1. Your message reaches us

    At once

    Your form or WhatsApp message lands with our design team. A real person picks it up, not an auto-reply.

  2. A designer calls you

    Within one working day

    Not a sales rep with a script. A designer who asks about your home, your family, your daily routines and what you have imagined. Usually a 15 to 20 minute conversation.

  3. Free site visit and measurement

    Within 48 hours of the call

    We come to your home with a measuring tape and a notebook. No advance payment and no obligation. Homes near the factory get the earliest slots.

  4. Your 3D design is ready

    7 to 10 days

    You see your home in 3D, with an itemised quotation, before you make any payment. We change it until it is what you want.

  5. You approve, and we begin

    Only then

    No advance is needed to reach this point. If you like what you see, we sign a contract with the handover date written in, ₹500 back to you for every day past it, and a payment plan that keeps the last 5% with you until you have moved in.

Most companies will show you a showroom. We'd rather show you the machines. Bring floor plans, reference photos and questions, and we'll walk you through materials, hardware and how your home would come together.
