We are set up the other way round. Our design studio and our factory share one address in Chandapura, further down Hosur Road. Designers reach a flat in Electronic City quickly, finished units travel a short distance to site, and you can come and see your own home being made.

Utility-side kitchens here are often narrow. A straight or L-shaped layout with tall storage and corner units gives far more usable space than loose shelves.

Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with a loft swallow suitcases and seasonal bedding, which matters when the flat has no store room.

A study desk built into a bedroom or the living room, with sockets, a light and a drawer, beats a laptop on the dining table.

If you will live in it
- Spend on what you touch daily. Kitchen drawers, wardrobe hinges and the mattress side of the bedroom.
- Plan storage for the next ten years. Children, hobbies and work-from-home all need space later.
- Choose finishes you will enjoy. A feature wall, warm lighting and a proper pooja unit are worth it in your own home.
If you will rent it out
- Cover the essentials. A modular kitchen, one wardrobe per bedroom and a simple TV unit are what tenants look for.
- Pick hard-wearing laminates. Matte laminates in neutral colours hide wear and are easy to repair between tenants.
- Keep it easy to maintain. Standard sizes and standard hardware mean a quick fix when something needs replacing.
Working Inside Apartment Societies
Interior work in an apartment is governed by the association as much as by the designer. Most societies set working hours, ask for the lift and common areas to be protected, and want workers' details before work begins. Some also collect a refundable deposit.
Ask your association for its interior-work rules as soon as you have possession. We plan installation around them, and because most of your home is made in our factory rather than on site, the noisy, dusty part of the job in your building is short.

Our delivery commitment is 45 days from design sign-off, written into the contract. If we run past the agreed date, ₹500 comes back to you for each day of delay.
Can you do only a modular kitchen or only wardrobes?
Yes. Many Electronic City homeowners start with the modular kitchen and the bedroom wardrobes and add the TV unit, pooja unit or false ceiling later. We take single rooms as well as complete homes.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes. The site measurement and a 3D design of your kitchen and one room are free, a service worth ₹5,000. You pay nothing until you have approved the 3D design.
Can I see your factory before deciding?
Yes. The factory is at our studio address in Chandapura and is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM by appointment. You can see materials, hardware and units in production before you commit.
